Cassidy Hill Vineyard is located at 454 Cassidy Hill Road in Coventry and this week, broker Berkshire Hathaway shared the details with Patch.
The listing price is $3 million.

The vineyard is touted in the listing as a producer of “an eclectic collection of New England Style wines.”

The listing says, “Since 2001, the owners have loved and cared for the the 137 acres and are now ready to pass it on.”

The vineyard features a sprawling owner’s home and a tasting room housed in a log cabin, which has been open since 2008. There are 13 wines to choose from.
The wines include “Summer Breeze,” a semi-sweet, aromatic (white) wine, infused with fresh strawberries from Dzen’s in Ellington; “Coventry Red,” a sweet, lighter bodied wine reminiscent of “berry jam;” “Coventry Spice,” a sweet, spiced wine nicknamed “Christmas in a glass,” and “Marquette Rose,” an off-dry, “festive” wine with “tart cherry notes.” See the wine list here.

The vineyard is billed in the listing as a business opportunity:
