HOBOKEN, NJ — Five large film trucks could be seen on Hoboken’s Washington Street on Wednesday morning, but they’re not here for a major movie production, as they have been recently.
In the last two years, celebrities and directors have spent weeks in the mile-square city filming movies like the Bob Dylan biopic “A Complete Unknown,” starring Timothee Chalamet (photos here), and “It Ends With Us” starring Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively (see photos).
Wednesday morning, crews were at Sixth and Washington streets to film a Warby Parker eyeglasses commercial, crew members said. Merman, an international company, is filming.

The operations were centered on the Warby Parker store at 538 Washington St.
