The Indian junior women’s pistol team of Manu Bhaker, Esha Singh and Shikha Narwal won gold at the 15th Asian Airgun Championship, as per PTI.
They defeated Kim Minseo, Kim Juhee and Yang Jiin 16-12 in the final.
Manu, Esha and Shikha made it to the summit clash after shooting through two qualification rounds.
First, they topped with a score of 862 which equalled the Asian record at the event.
India stayed on top in the second qualification round scoring 576.

Korea followed them into the gold medal match with a score of 572.
It was a tough final but India eventually triumphed.
