BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A new bubble tea shop is opening in the Martinsville section of Bridgewater Township.
Twisted Boba is holding a grand opening on Monday at noon at 1966 Washington Valley Road in Bridgewater.
Originating in Taiwan in the early 1980s, Bubble Tea has many varieties and flavors and most commonly consists of a tea with chewy tapioca balls. An assortment of toppings are also offered on the teas.
