VACAVILLE, CA — A Powerball ticket purchased at a North Bay grocery store was worth nearly $500,000, according to California Lottery officials.

It was one of two winning tickets in Saturday’s Powerball. While there was no jackpot winner with five matching numbers and the Powerball number, 12, it was one of two tickets that matched five of five numbers, making each worth $484,625.

The ticket worth $484,625 was sold at Safeway, 2090 Harbison Drive in Vacaville.

The second winning ticket was sold in Southern California at Andy’s Liquor in Inglewood.

The odds of matching five of five numbers are one in 292,201,338, according to the California Lottery.

Another four tickets matched four of four numbers and were worth $15,612 each.

With no Powerball winner in Saturday’s drawing, the jackpot which represents 45 states and U.S. territories grows to $460 million across 45 states.

Powerball draws are done at 7 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
