NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Robinson Castana Chia, unknown location in New York City, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of working in concert with Nedia Guerero and Jairo Medina to burglarize a home on Brenton Street in Litchfield on June 9, while wearing an Amazon shirt.
Scott Dow, 40, of Summer Street in Hudson on a felony operation after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike on May 14 in Merrimack after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South of habitual offender in June 2015.

Joshua Eddy, 44, of Winnhaven Drive in Hudson on pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault, tampering with witnesses or informants, falsifying physical evidence, three aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two indecent exposure and lewdness charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping, sexually assaulting, and coercing a girl to fondle him and allow him to fondle her between June 1, 2021, and May 14, in Hudson. On May 13, he was accused of buying gifts for the girl, in an effort to get her to withhold information, and concealed her clothes to impair a police investigation.
Alexander Fair, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 19 in Nashua.

David French, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, para-fluorofentanyl and-or fentanyl and fentanyl, charges, all felonies, on June 1 in Nashua. Previously, French has been convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Nicole Gaudette, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-para-flurorofentanyl and fentanyl mix and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies, on March 29 in Nashua. She was accused of stabbing an intimate partner in the torso.
Destiney Gervais, 46, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 1 in Nashua.
Frank Hahnl, 58, of Salem Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 1 in Nashua.
Colin Holbrook, 19, of Webster Street in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of striking a plow truck in Nashua with a chain, causing damage to a door and mirror on March 14.
