新闻发稿114，温馨提醒您，做业务不要主动揽客 流量成本：互联网时代买广告，还是买流量？ （文/新闻发稿114，徐泽攀） 互联网营销，总是在讲买流量和流量转换。事实上，流量转换是一切销售的最基本的原理，总是先有流量来，然后才转换为销售。 我们没有客户部（AE）。 大家知道通常的广告公司AE是一个巨大的部门，AE去谈客户，AE去从客户那里接工作单，AE回来给大家布置任务，然后AE再去跟客户作汇报。那新闻发稿114（xwfg114.cn）由于没有AE部门，我想我们公司至少因此少用了50个人。这50个人的成本，我想差不多就刚好与我今天的广告费的支出差不多，没有AE的部门，那我们的人怎么样去招揽业务呢？那就是坐在公司里面等电话。我做得很极端，所谓君子无所不用其极。即使是在公司里面接客户电话的，我们也没有专职的人，是由各个合伙人的团队轮流地接听电话。 另外，客户来了电话说，“听说你们不错，我们公司希望能够和你们合作，你们能不能来两个人到我们这里来谈一下？”我们也做得很极端，不去。如果每一个客户打电话来，我们都去人会怎么样？那我们就会要派两个人飞到他所在的城市，我需要投入两个人工作两天的时间。但是如果我不去，我要求客户来，那我只需要安排两个小时跟他洽谈就可以了。 如果客户来电话我就派人去谈的话，我会再多增加50个人。因为增加了这50个人，我会增加40%的综合成本，但是我并不会增加40%的利润。表面上来说我可能业务做多了，但是实际上公司的盈利能力下降了。 还有一个重大的危机，如果我派人出去谈客户的话，那么我最精锐的人、能力最强的人，全部每天都在谈新客户，因为你一定要最强的人去谈，你才能谈得下来，对不对？那些已经签了约付给我钱的客户，他就永远得不到最精锐人的服务，最强的人抓新客户，最差的人服务现有的客户，现有的客户是不是会丢？现有的客户丢掉了之后就更需要去抓新客户，更强的人又要再派出去，这样就形成了恶性循环。 所以我们在考虑营销问题的时候，不能孤立地去考虑营销传播的问题、获客的问题，而是要综合地考虑公司整体的运营和成本。如果你只懂营销，那你是做不了营销的。做营销，一定是对整个企业的整体的把握和资源的分配。（文/新闻发稿114，徐泽攀） Keyword: 软文发布
